Chef Michelle Doll, is a Sugar Artist who is redefining the realm of cake decorating. Renowned for her
distinctive style and elegant designs, Michelle has become one of the most sought after cake designers in New York. At the same time, her down to earth and easy going personality make the process fun and exciting for both the bride and groom. Michelle employs design characteristics from the architecture of the reception hall to the ink used on the invitations to create one of kind masterpieces from sugar and flour. Although born in Missouri, Michelle spent her childhood moving frequently as part of an Army family and found her home in Brooklyn, New York where she lives with her graphic artist husband.
Michelle graduated with honors from the prestigious French Culinary Institute after a decade spent in the graphic design/branding industry and hasn't looked back once. Michelle has been featured on the Food Network and Style Network as well as in numerous magazines and radio.
